What cannot change.

From what a Stone Holder controls to what nobody controls.

A Stone Holder controls whether to hold VOUC and whether to trade. Holding through Hold Span is how Standing accrues. Selling the whole balance is how Standing ends. Those are the only levers on the mark.

Nobody controls Trade Cut. Two percent is the figure. Nobody controls the issue. 90,000 VOUC is the figure. Nobody controls Hold Span. The cadence rule cannot be rewritten. Nobody can award Standing to a chosen wallet. Nobody can revoke Standing except by the zero-balance rule.

The deployer has no path to shift a Stone Holder's VOUC. The deployer cannot halt the ETH Market. The deployer cannot mint VOUC again. Units in Supply Rest never re-enter.

Consequence: the loop you read on the Scale is the loop that will still be true after you hold. The Specification restates this as a parameter table. Every row that matters says none in the setter column.
